Dude definitely grinded and hob-nobbed with the elite to get where he is. For most of his career he kept his ear to the street and had a good feel of what was going to blow. At this point, he's pretty much washed.

I rate Khaled he been putting in work a long time. Like @Luken say he live Jamaica he on Bounty Killer album 15 years ago and he never stop big up the General. Plus I believe he played a part in The General and Mavado settling their issues the other day.
