For non wealthy people, their main concern is making money AFTER paying bills and taxes. As in, disposable income that they can save and invest. If you making a high salary and you can't save anything after the month ends, then there is no point in trying to continue with that lifestyle.

But legit wealthy people need to pay taxes, straight up . Making hundreds of millions per year, and still complain that you broke, is come bullshyt lie.
