If you were to look at the the high school graduates of non wasps, you will see that in the years of growth, there's a reduction in funding for higher education, and college being eventually being unattainable for some.

I'm confident his premise is that if Cuomo doesn't even want to fund them why make it free? What's the point of sending everybody to a college with no resources? CUNY has a lot of respectable schools ( Baruch, City College,Hunter, Brooklyn, and Queens), but all of them are going through a resource crisis.

Seeing as congress are going to lower taxes, on paper that means more money for states. These states in theory can take that money and reinvest into the state.

If Obama couldn't get free community college under the condition of a 2.5 GPA to pass through Congress I highly doubt this passes at the state level especially since it covers 4 year schools.
