He stays out of the pettiness and just focuses on the music. Even with Benny and Gibbs. But he's not gonna get the same acclaim he gets with Gibbs, working with Spitta.

So Spitta shouldn't be making this about choosing sides. Just make music or don’t. ALC is on a historic run, and he has a classic with Spitta too, but he definitely doesn't need dude.

ALC's always been that way. All dude cares about is making music and keeping the peace. Always stays out of sh*t. He's never been about the games and conflict. Spitta should know that. But he gets emotional over things sometimes.

Thing is, now is the time for him to get back in with ALC. Go make some music and leave all that other nonsense alone. All that other bullsh*t won't last. The music will. Sometimes you gotta grow up and focus more on the art and leave the petty sh*t alone.

That said if all we have to look to is Continuances out of them now, keep it. Covert Coup was Alc's crown jewel for a bit after it came out. It's still great, but that's a long time ago, it's not on Alc's radar in 2025. Same time it's most likely still Curren$y's best body of work, hasn't sounded as hungry since. It's kinda one sided

Continuance came out after Freddie started dissing though. Im not sure Spitta is saying he wont work with Al, just that he wont he fighting to get him onside. Alchemist is HipHop Switzerland anyway - he dont get in any beef.

Thought it was boring. It's missing the dark and gritty feel of Covert Coup and that's ok. You don't have to make CCs forever

But that brought something out of Curren$y and he hasn't had it since that album, on any project. I don't need my rapper and the beats monotone and laid back, that's too much of nothing. DJ Fresh's different instrumentation makes laid back luxury work better with Curren$y, Alc's version with him is lacking

Is he neutral though? He could be proactively neutral and demand he doesn't dis his other collaborators on his ALC Record projects. Instead he's platforming disses and paying Freddie for it.

His DJ Fresh album he dropped last year was great. So yeah, they can both keep it pushing without working together.

How's his music sounding now a days??
