I know y'all think Cole always sucked but an honest fan will admit that he was still much better in his Smackdown days, and showed way more emotion during big moments, and even focused on matches more

I remember on one of those leaked "behind the scenes" Smackdown videos, Vince was telling Cole over the headset to mention something during commentary and Cole complained that he already mentioned it "a shytload of times" before......then Vince told him some shyt that had Cole like " yes sir, whatever you say"

They pulled him off commentary because he wasnt telling the story enough They are forcing people to hear what ever they want them to hear, like we didnt just see the 5 minute video before the match clearly explaining the storyline. He was literaly told he didnt call the match the way they wanted him to.

Cole is by far the worst. He does play by play, but has no emotion. And when he does try to show emotion, its very forced. He sounds like he could give less of a fukk about whats going on.

Lawler should retire, he adds nothing as the third wheel. JBL is awful as well but occasionally has some decent lines.

This sums it up... The fact that its 3 of them and they all do the same shyt at the same time is the problem, when something happens all 3 of them go into their bs serious mode whats the point of having 3 announcers if they all are doing the same thing. JBL had somethig good going when he first started but now it just sounds out of place cause king and cole dont ever have a response for his bs. Basically they have no chemistry out there, and why is it the same team on smackdown, cant we get the nxt guys to do smackdown, just for a change of pace.. I was telling my boy this there has literally been no commentating team in history in any federation as bad as what we have in the wwe right now. not tna, ecw wcw, shyt I bet ROH has better commentators than this.

I have no idea. It's no secret that Vince is an a$$hole who likes to pick on people. Especially since someone like JR is liked by almost everyone in the company. Vince loves going after people like that. Plus JR is a company man and doesn't get out of line.

Reality is, Michael Cole is a B+ player, to JR's A+.

Everyone can't simply be replaced.

Cole was really good with Taz around 02-04 on Smackdown, but he's never been GREAT like JR. He's a cookie cutter corporate dream to Vince, but that doesnt mean he's the best guy for the A1-spot
