Its about getting over and drawing money brother. Sasha has the most star quality and is a good iverall performer.

None of the New Day guys have that star quality on their own. Xaviers the only one who could do main event programs on the mic.

Tough, but on current form I'd say Xavier Woods. His improvement has been remarkable to be fair. Was a hard pick though, but it could literally be any of New Day, or Sasha and Naomi. I really like Cedric Alexander and Rich Swann but they need to give them more to do, as with Apollo Crews.

Every member of New Day has an argument for best performer. They deliver in the ring and on the mic. Sasha isn't consistent with the mic work. Naomi is just OK on the mic. Not exceptional but better than most of the other women.

All-around balance: Xavier Woods (Promo, improv owning character, selling, workrate)

Upside: Montez Ford (look, potential to be great in ring and play his character exceptionally well)

Cedric and Rich have the same problem of being stuck in the CW division. My main issues with them (not much character, not enough mic time or stories) could be applied to most of the crusierweights. It's hard to fairly judge them against everyone else beyond just in-ring, where they're easily on the higher end.
