When you become a maineventer, you get paid alot more. They've always been iffy about except for their chosen elite(Cena, Lesnar, Blandy, Cripple H)..they weren't made by the fans. They were all pushed to the top. Cena got cheered during the heel rapper deal but not more than RVD in 2001 and they CHOSE to put Cena in a spot where he looks special. Not because he is. Fans turned on his main event push 4 months in..when he came to Raw. That's MUCH, MUCH more of a failure than anything that goes with Miz or Bryan. They created this little WWE caption of him "being the most controversial" simply because fans boo him. LOL. When someone else gets booed, they use it against them and apparently the fans are rejecting that act. It's nonsense. Double talk. It's what McMahon does..it's what he used to do with the Bret Hart topic and when you see Hogan ranked like 24 on the greatest stars list, you know this place is extremely petty.

Ziggler Big E and Wyatt are mid card at best. They are not main event A plus talent. Cody maybe , Ambrose and Reigns and Cesaro are almost there.

Some of what you say makes sense but Cena moves merchandise , he is a big seller and so is Lesner , now don't forget Jeff Hardy sold more merchandise than anyone on the roster including Cena and was more over , he won a title and would have been the Man if didn't like drugs so much. I think the whole wrestling work forgets how big he was. I think if he didn't get drugged out, he would be the face of the E and not Cena.

Rebooted Kurt angle, gave direction and a setup for their ko, gave roode heel heat and rub, created a good head of the company episodes heel in Dixie in three episodes.
Acknowledged continuity and still gave heat and rub to its past draws that worked without burying them.
Created compelling holy shyt intrigue in a stable with sting and magnus.
continued to out over their best heel tag team
