Unfortunately for Zeb Colter fans, the WWE creative team is reportedly no longer working on his character. On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer reported that WWE currently has no more plans for Colter on TV. We reported back in December that WWE did not view Colter and Alberto Del Rio's pairing as a long-term story. WWE reportedly planned since November to have Del Rio appear without Colter as his manager in 2016.

Colter's role in WWE has been limited by the same health issues that forced him off TV in 2014 when he was Jack Swagger's manager. Meltzer didn't report on what his exact health issues were, but he reportedly was having trouble moving around and did legitimately have surgery. The storyline explanation for his absence was that he was injured at the hands of Rusev, then he returned in 2015 for a brief run as Alberto Del Rio's manager.

With no more WWE TV commitments, Colter has said plans to publish a "Zebcast" blog in the near future. Colter is portrayed by former wrestler, manager and booker Dutch Mantel
:yeshrug: he had a good run
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson recently wrote on Instagram about his days in the late-90's Attitude Era of WWE. The Rock was reminded of his first run as a WWE Champion by some artwork sent to him by a fan. "1998 (Attitude Era) was a supremely special time for us – as a roster we were setting “box office” records every night, in every city, in every arena we played," he wrote.

The Rock continued, saying that "as an OG of the wrestling business" he has some advice for the WWE roster: "Here’s the best part about the WWE today – that “brass ring” is ALWAYS up for grabs to anyone in that locker room who has the balls and smarts to take it and run and most importantly prove to the company that they can draw more money better than everyone on the roster."

Back in December, The Rock revealed he plans to make “all-time WrestleMania history,” and that he has a “little surprise” planned for WrestleMania 32 in April.
that delusion :mjlol:

All the former top guys say that about the brass ring :heh: . Tell that to zack Ryder , it's like his gimmick was corny ! But he got over and if they wanted they could of transitioned over to something more serious . Cena was a rapper at first and he became the man

On Monday, the newest episode of JBL's WWE Network show, "Legends With JBL," will premiere with WWE executive and former WWE Superstar Road Dogg as the special guest.

JBL announced the news via social media on Friday, hyping up the premiere by claiming it is "an incredible show."

In addition to the new episode on Monday night, JBL has three other shows recorded. We can confirm that one of the shows will feature JBL's former "A.P.A." tag-team partner, WWE Hall Of Famer Ron Simmons.

JBL tweeted the following about Monday's show with Road Dogg:

you just watched yr own show and you say it's amazing huh

So you're saying The Rock is a puppet fool for those comments :ohhh:
No..I'm saying the Rock is a product of the old system and he believes that's still in place...just like Austin does. He doesn't keep up with that week to week, year to year $hit where it's clearly all about making Cena, Cripple H, Stephanie, and Reigns a tier ahead of everyone no matter how over(Ambrose) they get or hard they work(Cesaro). Common sense. And you would of known that had you not been a top flight c00n parading around for f@gs from San Antonio who wouldn't drop a dime in your direction if you were on the same street. A true goofball.

So again, you're clearly telling me that you know more about the bidness right now than The Rock does, you are more in the know of how the WWE operates currently than The Rock

Interesting :jbhmm:

No, no, no...I go by what we all see. And what we see is Wyatt getting over after Bryan lost clean to him and then gets decimated by Cena, Taker, and Reigns in back to back years as a follow up. The Rock has nothing to do with that. He's just commenting on how it USED to be. Simple.

Tyler Breeze comes on Raw? Loses his spot 3 week later. Adam Rose comes on Raw? Loses his push 3 weeks later and is confined to Main Event. Sasha is more over than Charlotte and Paige? Let's have her watching monitor screens:laugh:

There is a brass ring..if your name is Cena or Reigns. If you are LOVED by everyone like Ambrose/Bryan or getting hot with fans like Cesaro? The brass ring is IC title and put over Roman on the mic.
Exactly . They didn't give Ryder or truth the ball to run with when they got over instead they furthered cenas push
