Roman reigns not only found it, but found it in under 5 years.
John Cena found it in under 3 years in wwe.
Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle found it in their 1st year in wwe.

Seth Rollins, ratings reached record lows with him on top, his promos got go away heat, he doesnt know how to work, and by work i dont mean do a bunch of moves, but protect his opponent while entertaining the crowd, he's not safe, he broke cenas nose, damn near killed sting on ppv and injured himself trying to POWERBOMB Kane, a 7 ft 300 lb monster.

No, no, no...I go by what we all see. And what we see is Wyatt getting over after Bryan lost clean to him and then gets decimated by Cena, Taker, and Reigns in back to back years as a follow up. The Rock has nothing to do with that. He's just commenting on how it USED to be. Simple.
Tyler Breeze comes on Raw? Loses his spot 3 week later. Adam Rose comes on Raw? Loses his push 3 weeks later and is confined to Main Event. Sasha is more over than Charlotte and Paige? Let's have her watching monitor screens
The problem with this, though, is that you expect everybody that gets called up to get the world given to them in six months time, and when it doesn't happen, it's like their careers are forever done and they don't ever have a shot. Everybody from NXT isn't gonna get a Shield or Owens push, and not all of 'em deserve it either. Breeze is good, but he's been on the main roster for three months. He's not the kinda dude that was just gonna come in and get propelled instantly to the upper midcard. You think Adam Rose should given the kinda spotlight Reigns, Rollins, or Ambrose have had? If a newcomer is actually good and deserving of being top guys, they have years ahead of 'em to have that happen. It doesn't have to happen immediately. Even the people you complain about had to put time in. Cena, Orton, Punk... even the ones you like such as Bryan and even ROCKY... none of these MFs were rushed to the main event right after they debuted.
What I expect is that if Cripple H is gonna get all of this credit for great booking and presention of those talents in NXT, a guy who constantly looks good on WWE television..him and Stepahnie always getting the last word..why is it that the people he groomed aren't DOING JACK $HIT on WWE television? What's the problem? What's the hold up? And why be invested in those NXT talents in the first place if they have a low ceiling that leads to nothing but another 3 minute squash for Cena where you tap out like a bytch? Doesn't make sense. Waste of time.
Roman Reigns is some huge success? LOL..he's selling out arenas? Cena isn't a PUSHED, overpaid success but he isn't breaking records or doing anything of that level. Never has or they wouldn't lean on Brock and Taker when it's money time...get real. Cena has NEVER got the reaction Bryan got post Mania 28. Ever.
So basically, if someone gets called up to the roster and isn't a champion or high midcarder within months... it means HHH has failed them, their career is forever doomed and they'll never be a star in the company? Check.
C'mon breh... I expect that from people who haven't been watching for long, but you supposedly been watching since you were a kid. You know better than that. Some of your own favorite wrestlers didn't get on like that.
I don't know about that...it doesn't mean failure. But you know what the fukk I'm talking about..when it came time to push the Shield, they were undefeated for months and kept away from the Cena bull$hit. Why is no one else afforded that luxury?
