People in this thread keep saying that Steph woulda been shut down in the 90s and other eras because the defense was better.

But I listed several players who stil balled out no matter what defenses threw at them. My point is that Steph woulda done the same thing

I'm a Heat fan and didn't realize it. My friend is a Kobe Stan and he constantly said Bron's game is bland and since he's been gone, I've noticed it. We watch Cavs games to see if they win and not highlights.

I've heard those comparisons, but like you said, no 3-point line. Even then, their shooting percentages wouldn't match Curry's. Pistol's shooting percentage was never this good. Curry's efficiency from deep has never been seen before in that kinda volume. At least I don't think so. Now West had a similar career shooting percentage as Curry, but even if there was a 3-point line back then, I don't know how many he'd hit or how efficiently he'd hit them....

Steph's taking 11 3's per game and hitting 5. He's shooting 47% from 3. Curry's ability is unprecedented....
