Racism can exist on the individual level.
I'm a black man who at work, has employees who are majority black, with a few white and other sprinkled in.
I have a position of power over them, and white people are a minority at my job, maybe 10-20% of our workforce.

I have a position of power. I'm the majority. I'm black.
Do I have the potential to be racist at work, as racism has everything to do with power?

Just because a white person could find a job somewhere else, doesn't mean the example he gave isn't an example of racism.

There is no rule that black people can't be racist. I don't know why anyone would endorse that opinion, unless they were trying to cover up their own racist actions. I can understand saying that black people are more likely to be the victim of racism (esp institutionalized racism) but to act as if black people cannot be racist at all is dense.

Racism in the experience of human beings will always be a word followed by constructs. Kind of like Instutiuonal Racism. Economic Racism....things that attack a collective of people where prejudice graduates to actions that hurts groups

Care to tell me how blacks employees these behaviors at the expense of whites?
