You can do that on an Amazon FireTV or any android box with Kodi, there are plenty of IPTV lists out there, it's cool but you're paying the premium for that box.

You get Kodi sideloaded on Amazon FireTV, or download it for Android, and it will function exactly the same as that one in the OP. Except you can still load apps like HDcinema, Showbox, HBO Go etc.


Personally I'd never want a box based around IPTV lists, they get killed often.

Cable can kick rocks, and torrents can eat a dikk too, we on that carefree streaming life :blessed:

Check out Showbox, HdCinema and Mobdro if you have a droid phone, Mobdro is a TV streaming app like the IPTV lists.

The picture quality on Mobdro can range from SD to almost HD, you're not getting 1080p on Live TV streams.

HDcinema and Showbox have 720p to 1080p links that you can stream, then inside of Kodi there's also Genesis which is hardbody and has tons of 720p and up links.

I have an Android Box, Roku 3 and Amazon FireTV....really impressed by the Amazon FTV and would recommend it over everything else because unlike the Android Box which I got last week, it has certified apps so you can have standard stuff like Netflix/HBO go with interfaces meant for remotes and also in full HD, where as the Android TV boxes use phone apps meant for touch screen and in Netflix's case aren't HD.

Roku 3 is the best for ease of use, but you can't put any of the pirating apps on it, which you can with Amazon FireTV. Roku 3 is in the bedroom now, Amazon gets the living room and the droid box is being saved for when I get an 4k TV.

Amazon FireStick is the best "unknown" way to cut cable. I just got 3 of them and put Kodi on last week. Comcast contract us up next month so I'll get me some lower priced internet and feast :blessed:.

I've spent 4 nights setting up them shyts and it aint like I'm new to XBMC :snoop:. There's just so much out there
