. Is Vegas played out to live breh? I kinda wanted to live there bc it seemed like there's always something to do and the cost of living wasn't too bad (heard the prices went up though bc all the Cali people moving in)

Just like everywhere else, housing cost have gone up significantly and you’re basically paying California gas prices. You can still live pretty decent but ultimately, you have to define what decent is for you. My friends in Vegas always told me I live on the “white part of town”

I love Las Vegas but don’t like the housing market in Vegas. You can buy a 400k house and not have any yard space and you’re right on top of your neighbors.

I left Vegas because I found the opportunity to “get off the grid” and maximize my earnings.
