Gangs, corps, police not chasing you down as you become more “notorious” as a merc is such a failed opportunity to create something truly epic. Paired with the mind numbingly dumb enemy AI already and it’s a crime.

Legit did a mission where I got into a shootout with some security guys and as soon as I stepped a foot out of the combat area they just stopped chasing.

The Sinnerman side mission is probably the craziest shyt I've encountered so far.

How that mission went from:

The guy getting shot up by the police in the attempt, then the killer recruits you in joining in his quest for penance while a BD studio just wants to exploit on it for cash, accumulating in the guy being crucified on tape.
