i beat the game, refunded it, rebought it last year on sale for 15 dollars
CDPR know how to do some damn DLC. Hearts of Stone and Blood & Wine are among the best ever IMO in how they iterate and add to the base games

From the videos I've seen it looks like a point/refund system. Where you always have the ability to refund nodes on the fly.
