I know someone who is an avid cyclist, and I'm going to visit her country soon. I don't know anything about cycling, but which of those little products that they carry make good gifts? What products are useless? What flavors are better?

I'm more of a casual rider, wouldn't call myself an avid rider but yea, those Mio's are pretty good. Maybe a gift card to a cycling shop would be good too.
