Stupid question. DB is kliq affiliated. He goes over on his natural talent anyway.
No he isn't. Even Bryan said in his book that he hardly built up much of a bond with Shawn Michaels at his school.
If Bryan was Kliq affiliated, WM 28 wouldn't have went down like it did.

Bryan definitely. Punk had already had two big Mania moments vs. Taker and defending vs. Jericho although he didn't get the main event spot he wanted. Bryan had none except for the fans pushing the YES chant. Also he of course was the hottest star on the roster. You could have even had Punk turn heel after he lost because as a face he had gotten stale quick.
I remember some of the net thought if it somehow was Punk vs Bryan by Mania xxx, that they should pull the trigger on a Punk Authority heel turn. Punk and Cripple H just didn't make any sense character wise.

See if it was NO TITLE, then you could of built it around the Best In the World Moniker and bring up Bryan getting those chants in ROH before the Rebel ever used the idea in 2011. Have it be a close match where Punk almost wins with the GTS..after he connects, Bryan has his foot on the rope or right next to it and puts his foot on the rope. Some finisher protecting $hit like that. He goes for it again and Bryan rolls him up..he kicks out and that leads to the Knee sequence and Punk loses. But he can't take it and clips his knee afterwards and does a sore loser thing. The heat would of been through the roof considering how hot Bryan was. Then you could go back to it for the title by Summerslam. Still though...face vs face was a necessary thing considering they were the ones fans were behind the most every week.
I'd have Big Show and Kane run-in and make it a tag match, playa!
