Then you could go back to it for the title by Summerslam. Still though...face vs face was a necessary thing considering they were the ones fans were behind the most every week.

Should have happen on a Mania stage for a world title before unification.

Probably should have been the match at WM 28 now that I think about it...

Its crazy but you could have had an angle going into Mania about two of the most over guys just off fan support and make it an underdog vs underdog champ vs champ match and even a double matc up of Rock vs Cena and Punk vs Bryan. Hell, keep Bryan a heel if you must and if you wanna put AJ in the angle fine on some Mega Powers shyt whatever.
Hell it could have been both belts on the line but build it on their underdog status

Basically I'm asking for this..

For 2012? WM 28? Hmmm...yeah Bryan was still the World Champion. Got past Big Show and Henry for months. Punk had gotten past Del Rio, Miz, etc leading to Mania. Of course if you do a champion vs champion match at Mania, both titles have to be on the line ala WM 6.
