It's not fair.

Even after he's proven innocent, this still puts a stain on his name all because this lying ass broad did this. Her name isn't even put out there on blast, she won't be punished for slandering this man's name... and much more than 21Ms was on the line for Rose. His adidas contract and probably all of his endorsements were on the line with this case. These types of women shouldn't be able to cry wolf and then walk away like nothing happened after they lose the case.

Like I mentioned in the other thread. There's alot of lawyers who believe youngish, liberal white women are the best jurors to have if you're a defendant. They're the demographic that's most likely to not hold any strong opinions and all you need is one of them to be on your side.

The irony in this. People kept bringing up how the jury had 6 white women on it. But like you said he probably would have been 100x worse off if it were 6 black women.
