Wade's stock when up when he became the Shaq's newer, darker, less-arrogant sidekick. People began to cheer for Wade to A) Show that there are other "great" 2-Guards that Shaq made all-stars , B) To show Kobe that there are other "great" 2-Guards, and that Shaq made him.
You have to be an idiot to sit there and post that the intrigue with Wade had nothing to do with Kobe.

Look; Just by virtue of the Miami Heat playing in more nationally televised games after he began playing with Shaq, made his stock organically go up.
Shaq had him playing on Christmas in Staples Center after his arrival, thank us later.

I remember one interview where a journalist sat down with them both and Wade acted like Shaqs new wife and said "well, we won't have those issues here."

Kobe comes into play because he was the player who was said to have leached off Shaq for three championships.
Wades success with Shaq was supposed to be indicative of the fact that Kobe Bryant was no different than Courtney Alexander. "Any" two-guard could play with Shaq and be an all-star.
That is the parallel between Kobe and Wade.

i dont pay attention to that non-sense...and this place is getting to be as bad...just look at the threads that get made here daily....lebron this...kobe that...wade this....etc....
we really have no idea what these cats are thinking...yet cats in here can tell you with certainty what lebron is thinking right now....shyt is crazy....
flat-out making up shyt in a lot of cases....
i duck my head in here to see whats going on (usually more of the same) and head back to JBO or the Lockerroom (which is almost just as bad)

....they dont interest me...i can form my own opinions....and have been watching hoops since 1979...so i know and understand the game...dont need it broken down to me...most of my interaction with opinion comes here or when i talk sports with friends
