if he's able to lose weight like this what we eating to get to the weight he played at and how much did he work out? he would win the biggest loser easily. looks like he went fom 330+ to 190

He has more discipline than the average biggest loser candidate. He's an athlete, so the discipline has always been there.

Yeah I don't think most people understand that O-Lineman are forced to be 300+ , these aren't just fat guys. They're athletes, its no surprise when they no longer need to be so heavy and strong that they cut a lot of weight.

Of course you also get the guys that are used to eating so much, but stop being active

Yea.. You can't be near 40 with all that weight on you. Can't be good for your health. Plus, you'd have to eat a lot to maintain a 350lb physique. I doubt losing weight is all that hard.
