Trick put in work in his city and is respected for it, you come to Detroit and want to profit from the community he has weight in, you know what the deal is. I just came from Philly and went in Max´s Steaks (North Philly), and met a nikka who clearly carried weight in the area. I wasnt on no bytch shyt but I showed respect. Yeah but you said it - in Philly, it's strictly "man in that area/block". There's no top goon/mayor of Philly. There's no one you go have to go see when you come touch down and no street tax.
