1st off, if you really got beef and plan on hurting someone you're not going to be telling the world and rapping about it.

I'm a dj down here and I've met most of these young upcoming rappers. I will tell you. Threatening anyone is an engagement of war. You can't say you beefing with someone and think you can go chill and party. Everybody knows where you live, where you hang, where your family live and be at. They choose the studio, but they couldve got him at home, his momma house, church, outside the club. Hate to say it, but made someone kill him. All that wild talk and trying to bully and intimidate anyone down here is a death sentence. Beefing publicly in Louisiana is practically a death sentence or you're indicting yourself. It makes no sense. If you really plan on hurting someone, why would you want them and the world to know? Why indict yourself?

There are so many killers down here, you can't take any threats as BS. Even though most rappers who state their beefs publicly never ever do anything. You just can't take chances down here, everyone got a gun and will shoot u. Even the goofy, silly, simp types. They'll pop ya azz. You threatening someone, you might as well be on your way to kill them, bcuz they plotting to get you or someone close to you ASAP.

Gee Money didnt' have enough money to seperate his self from the real street. You can't easy get a dusty broke, nothing to lose goon to shoot someone for probably 2,000$ down here. If not less.

I'm starting to think someone these youngins aren't wrapped too tight down here. I love Louisiana, got it tatted on me, but these young fool dont understand beef. Or they just really arent from the streets. Guess they've seen 50 and Ross, and other beefs were no one was ever harmed and the beef has gone on for years. Not happening down here. Aint no fake beef for publicity. You threaten someone, you're in a war. you've pretty much already lost, bcuz you're talking and they're plotting or making calls. Street beef usually ends in an ambush while someone is slipping. To threaten someone and going to the club, party, studio, chill, postup, sitting in car talking is dumb as hell!!! You in a war 24/7. All these cities are small. You can be found in 20 mins.

Theyre some money people with guns down here, even the scrawny young lames must be taken seriously.

The vibe is the streets here, is really cool, bcuz everyone knows everyone else is strapped so know one really starts shyt, it's like everyone is kind of courteous and on eggshells, but we know if it jumps off someone's dying. So everyone is cool. I don't see dudes bucking and wilding out like in the early 2000s and 90s.

They really don't play down there so if you're aren't on it like that, it's best not to speak like you're bout that action.

Never heard of Gee but after listening to a couple of songs I can tell he had talent.

Just heard about this whole story.

Goddamn.

These new young rappers really more "real" than the 2000s rappers I grew up on.

Rappers were getting killed back then too. Nussie?
Not saying that.
Just saying....the people I grew up on hid their wives and shyt.

They talked all that street shyt, but never had charges or even been to jail etc...
