That's actually what I think I should do for all these new young dudes like Gunna...Lil Baby...Trippie....Juice Wrld...etc.

They don't got bars or stories or concepts so it doesn't make sense to listen to 20 of their 3 minute songs since they basically say the same thing on every song.

We pretty similar. Was in ATX (Austin, TX) in 2012-2013 and I left to the Carolinas in early 2014, first the upstate of SC then into Charlotte and stayed out that way till mid-late 2015 and relocated back to Cali for good (Yay Areaaaaaaa)

But I feel you breh. Solid people out that way and I personally LOVED the amount of black people I lived around compared to out here on the West, the rents were cheap for nice ass apartments, shopping and nightlife was good. Me and my shorty really liked it but Cali had to be the end move for us. But yeah mane shouts to the Carolinas in general I still got partnas from out there to this day

Where you from in The Bay?

Yeah I love the atmosphere in Charlotte, one of the best places for blacks in the country. It is definitely different than Cali, there are areas in LA or Oakland with high amounts of blackness but even those areas are surrounded by heavy integration or other shyt....Cali is dope for what it is but it's different in Carolina...

I been going to Fayetteville since I was 16, when my step pops relocated there, and did my last year of high school there (junior year). I'll be 30 this year. I never lived there for longer than 14 months at a time but I've stayed there a total of around 4.5 years, and we moving back to there or Raleigh in May (my woman from Carolina)...

At this point I'm an honorary Carolinian, it's cool with me. My stepparents and my older brother still out there, they all been there since '05 and pretty much made NC they new home. Since I first went in 2005, I lived back to Sac, Upstate NY, Atlanta area, Richmond VA, and now I been in Va Beach almost 2 years, but I'm pretty much bout to make Carolina my permanent home too. I'm 30 now, tired of traveling, got kids now, etc...

One of my brothers (who live outside Atlanta) and I are working on having us a large family seasonal home in Sac, large enough for us to slide and have our kids enjoy it. I still love Cali to death, and I'm there every 1-2 years, but I don't think I'll live there permanently again. I do want my daughters to experience it, though, cause most the rest of my family is still there, and the same way Carolina is different for Cali natives, Cali is different in positive ways too, and I want them well rounded in they world view. But I couldn't sell my woman, who been in NC most her life and most her family there, couldn't sell her on relocating way out west...
