No. Sexual orientation is considered a protected class and thus the vast majority of employers cannot discriminate in the workplace based on sexual orientation.
No. Same reasoning as above.
Gay people could sue on the basis of employment discrimination.
Wrong.
this is generally how things were until roughly 20-30 years ago. I see zero evidence for things going back to the way they were. Why do you say that?
So what would happen if social media companies and tv networks and radio stations all banned gay people and all gay shyt?
What if all festivals and radio stations banned lil nas x and all other gay artists?
What if Ig, Twitter, tiktok, YouTube, and Facebook deleted anything and everything gay related?
What would happen besides gay people crying about being them being censored?
They would start bringing up the 1st amendment right freedom of speech right? And these companies say "Y'all got the right to freedom of speech and the right to be gay and homos and we got the right to remove anything and anybody we want off of our platforms. Our platforms are Christian based and in the Bible it says homosexuality is a sin therefore we can't support or promote it on our platforms. Y'all can build y'all own platforms and communities but heterosexual people will not be forced to see or hear anything gay or homosexual".
That would simply be gay people's consequences for being gay. Right? They can be gay and heterosexual people can be anti gay and be against gay shyt

. Its not about "pandering", its about human decency and apologizing when you appear to have offend someone. Literally using the white supremacist " why do we pander to 13% of the country " logic
