Another reason I’m not a big gun person. Gun suicides are so damn common. And all it really takes is being drunk and depressed one night, and you just let it off even if you didn’t mean too.

When your brian is so fcuked up that goes against it's primal function, TO SURVIVE, and it says KILL YOURSELF not having a gun is no problem.

A lot of Black men need mental health care.

We can start by stopping this asinine obsession with hyper masculinity. We perpetuate stereotypes and mental barriers that harm us. This goes for education, physical health, mental health, etc. A lot of men have these issues regardless of race but...a 30 year old white guy can skip going to the doctor and be fine, on average, even if he is slightly overweight. A 30 year old black guy who skips going to the doctor and is slightly overweight probably has a ticking time bomb of hypertension, heart disease, etc etc etc waiting for him based on family history/genetics and access to healthy foods.

Speaking of food...you've got guys on this forum/twitter/etc who think cooking is gay or feminine. What are we doing, fellas.
