When I asked him about what happened and he broke it down I said at that part.

He was like I know. He said it partly a guilt trip the judge was laying on him and partly his feelings. He was 12 years into having a daughter. He did love her. As much of a player he was he was not planning on just dropping out of her life all together after 12 years. So he was being honest with the judge when he said yeah he planned on staying in her life. Take her shopping from time to time. Teaching her about the games nikkas play . etc.

He did not want to have to automatically pay child support for a kid that was not his.

That happened to me as far as the kid not being mine but the courts reversed that shyt. They dismissed me as the father so I stopped paying CS and all that..Did he get a lawyer and look into it? What state was it in?

This was in Florida. I ended up moving out of our apartment when the lease was over and lost contact with him. The last time I talked to him he was trying to fight it with a lawyer.

How are dna tests not mandatory to file for child support? Or at least when a man files his appeal or whatever that should be the first thing done.
