thats true, but the system took him from his mom on "allegations" and gave him to his convicted felon dad. so i guess they all failed him. the system that gave him to his dad was supposed to look out for the best interest of the child.

I said I'd let anyone qualified do it. You seem to be ignoring the major factors in this story, including a family involved in felony crimes, irresponsible parenting, and individual personality. The father of the child wasn't qualified to be a father, nor was his transgender lover fit to be a babysitter. Singling out the trans identity of the babysitter is as illogical as singling out the fact that all people involved were Black and saying that Black people are all terrible parents or babysitters.
