Only been to NY once, but I saw some bad black women in Manhattan.

They were probably transplants. Hardly anyone in Manhattan is actually from Manhattan.

I haven't been to NY in a few years. And I was only out there for about a week. I didn't see too many dime piece black chicks. I saw some cool ones tho. But I did see a gang of bad dominican/puerto rican/spanish type chicks tho. But what I can say is that Houston,Dallas and Atlanta have some of the finest black women I have ever seen.
