giphy.gif

nothing exciting to it...dude just really smoked out like that...took him maybe 4-5 years or so to almost blow a lot of that $$$...the story is kinda personal on his end so I don’t want to really jump into it...I’ll say this tho...sometimes I keep a water bottle on my nightstand in case I wake up thirsty in the middle of the nite...this dude kept a blunt on his shyt lol...he said he’d smoke some the nite before then save the rest for in case he woke up in the middle of the nite or would just smoke it as soon as he woke up the next morning...he didn’t need a job so he’d just hang out w/ his ppls smoking all day every day...literally...shyt was like a job itself

what I find odd is that the act of smoking anything is bad for your health...but some how smoking weed is deemed ok. Marketing/PR is a mawfawka
Obviously the smoke is not good for you, but there are ways to minimize or even eliminate the ill effect of smoke in your lungs. Furthermore the smoke is nowhere near as toxic as cigarettes.

Blunt after blunt. They smoke after every activity, before and after meals, wake and bakes, before work, during break, when they get off work etc. These folks base where there go on whether or not they can smoke there lol.
This is me minus smoking at work but sadly I’m going to have to stop if I ever want to get financially secure.. I just don’t see how people are financially able to smoke this much.. unless they already have a huge savings or make 6 figures ...
first post btw

how do you minimize the effect of smoke in your lungs, while having smoke in your lungs?

By having smoke in your lungs that isn't filled to the brim with other carcinogens like Tobacco and all the additives in nicotine. Vapor isn't as harsh as smoke and not nearly as taxing too, so alot of moderate to heavy smokers who are more health conscious would vape as opposed to lighting one up, myself included.

I bought my last pack of blunt wraps a few months ago and I'm slowly going through them every other week or so, but I'm about to completely do away with them things and tuck away my Raw papers and focus strictly on vaping my herb cause even if I smoke unbleached, natural papers like Raw with just the weed, no Tobacco...I'm still introducing something into my lungs that shouldn't be there because smoking of any kind is bad, vaporized or not, so the lesser evil is more acceptable in a situation like this.

If I could get edibles as easily as I get LSD/Ketamine/Mushrooms I'd do away with smoking all together, because I'm quite keen on edibles and can manage them pretty well, for the most part.

Depends on your expenses. Only one of those people I mentioned is financially secured. He has a family and a well paying career.

The others are doing ok but they’ve told me they aren’t where they want to be. At this point they’ve admitted they are addicted to weed. Almost smoking a pound a month is a lot. That’s $1200-2000 easily depending on quality where I am.

The funny thing is, none of them grow.

A pound a month seems unlikely. I grow my own and smoke heavy 4-5 blunts/joints a day and I still only smoke about a ounce and a half a month. Can’t imagine smoking a whole pound. That’s a half ounce a day

What are the effects of weed smoke in lungs?

it's not the type of smoke, it's smoke period that will affect air flow and decay natural filters in the lung, to name a few side effects

yes, edibles are the only way to minimize/eliminate the effects of smoke. Not the type of smoke

Obviously smoke is “bad”. Anything other than oxygen can be bad for your lungs. the question is exactly what kind of effect does smoking weed have on the lungs. How much do you have to smoke? Etc.

Your city air is bad for your lungs, breathing it could be worse on your lungs than smoking an occasional blunt.

The effects need to actually be quantified before you go making statements about how dangerous it is. Pretty much everything you consume is risk vs reward. As with anything else you need to know the risk and make steps to reduce the risk.

cmon breh, quantify whether smoke in the lungs is good or bad, after agreeing that smoke in the lungs is "bad"
I'm not cosigning any type of smoke, while you comparing the types to cape for a certain type of smoke in lungs. That's manipulative and a common tactic in the marketing/PR weed
