What's the knock on Horn and why isn't he in discussion at 10? I feel the gap between him and Surtain isn't that far.

I aint gna lie, im kinda leaning towards this.
I don't believe we're gonna change this defense overnight. And we have lots of draft picks. We can draft defense heavy in the draft.
If we draft Pitts, we'll have one of the top offenses in the league and will be a match up nightmare for defenses. May as well try to score 40 every game.
