People in the area said they saw him around and he was always cool. I thought maybe he was a druggy but apparently there was more to it.

That is what they say
If you burned down someone's house though you wouldn't be freezing you sure as hell wouldn't be free if you cut off a dogs head.

That said they caught the shooter trying to escape so that instantly leads me to believe he was clearly in the wrong. That said it's probably more neighborly beef and hate outside of sexuality.
