That’s the point the most optimistic cowboy fan is missing. They keep saying “once Jerry dies it will get better”. I don’t think so. Its my conjecture Stephen will be worse or just as bad as Jerry because he has a huge say in the fallout of things as well currently constructed.

Locally it’s not going well. The local stations have been interviewing fans and they are pissed about the hire and direction of the team plus it doesn’t help when TWO teams in your division are about to play in a game you haven’t been apart of in over 20 YEARS!!!

The owner only cares about enriching himself and his family. If he happens to win because of that, cool. But winning on Sundays isn’t the ultimate goal, and it shows. The ultimate goal is to continue the brand at all costs.

Winning is secondary in that. The owner ONLY wants to “win” on Sundays in one specific way, HIS WAY. If he can’t do it HIS way, then it’s no point. Once you understand this, that winning games is secondary and winning at branding/business is first and foremost, you’ll understand the Cowboys and Jerry Jones.


I would think that if we brought the right folks in here and got to winning big, the owner and GM would be at the front. But he’s so narcissistic, that he has to get ALL of the credit lmbo smh sad ish man
