Dumb young nikkas. Plus PCP being big. Add in increasing cost of living while the minimum wage is still $7 an hour. Plus poverty in black and Mexican areas of Dallas are high af. You have neighborhoods and suburbs south of i30 that are all adjacent to each other for miles, with 30-50% poverty rates. Hell it's a suburb in South East Dallas(balch springs) where 40% of the residents don't have a diploma. You can only imagine the actual hood

The only dusty people in my city downtown are homeless people or the occasional homeless drug addict. Not nikkas loitering around bus stops with the newest Jordans, polos, and pants halfway down their asses.

Dallas is the armpit of Texas and Houston is on it's way too with all the tent cities I saw when I was there last month

I can't even think of a timely solution to any of this. Makes me sad.

They need a livable minimum wage, health care coverage, legalized drugs,, free or reduc3d education to learn a trade or degree etc.
