it's not at all. but it's perfect if you're married and raising a young family, or older and the kids are in college and you're looking to retire. like my folks. but if you're used to Blackness this ain't the town for it. it's laid back tho, that's for sure. if you just trying to work, fukk something and stack money you can do that here.
