Why cant people keep it professional at work?

It sounds easy, but when you spend so much time there every day, 40/50/60 hours per week, many get pretty comfortable. And I'm not talking about the comfortable to do some shyt like pull your dikk out and start beating off in front of some shyt, but comfortable to maybe start flirting or taking a minor step forward to where the chick can scream harassment. But anytime someone goes with the quid pro quo thing of "have sex with me or you're fired/won't get promoted" is just some power trip that some have regardless.

You make good points. You would just think after the first warning that you would fall all the way back. Because in many companies, you don’t even get a warning (especially brothers). But it just goes to show that there is a culture issue there where those shenanigans were accepted. Cuban turned the blind eye for over a decade because the $$ was still rolling in.

This is a bad look for the Mavs organization though. Won't be surprised if they make Cuban sell.

I noticed that too and I think they are trying to tie in Cuban's fratboy billionaire nickname with his organization having some employees acting like a frat house. It makes most of those articles sound the same unless they introduce new facts like this one did.

Yeah, I mean the shyt that was alleged from that chick at NFL Network is just plain ignorant if true. Which is why I think that was more of a case of her being open to them acting a certain way and then getting mad when she got fired. Which leads you to think about why you'd be so open like that with a co-worker, but then again, they're powerful people and get really comfortable. But many sexual harassment claims are really about a dude just trying to holla at a chick he's been comfortable with and seen for 40+ hours a week, but she's not welcome to those advances.
