That's a great question. Prayer is a mystery to say the least. However, there seems to overall general concept about unity in prayer, 2 or 3 gather in his name, he'll be in the midst. And it works the opposite way with those who opposed God. The Tower of Babel happened because the people were unified against God.

Alot of people talk about being athiest but if something was happening to their kid they would be scared to their core and watch they start praying.The Hamlin situation brought society to its knees and together. We almost witnessed a live death ! That young man is a miracle . Yes the paramedics got to him in time,but God controls our breath. No one can deny God in this .

Not even close, prayer without work and faith is meaningless. Also god doesn’t just “answer” just cause people pray, everything you need to know and do in life, he’s already created, but people don’t realize that. It’s really as simple as all of us working together to make this world as easily to live in as possible, but as long as we stand in our way so far dying is the only real exit from the madness.

A lot of people of the faith in the Bible and reality get killed brutally, like think about it, if he didn’t save His son Yeshua from torture and death then he’s definitely not just going to save us in a snap whenever we want

First happy this brother is in recovery. 2ndly, we know the privacy of religious faith is a controversial thing. But why do you think it was so acceptable in this case? Nobody was like "hey, do that in your religious institution". The sentiment from these sports analysts and many on social media is to pray. Only God can change this situation.

Not all but for some they've been hurt by God disappointing them (i.e. love one dying, heartbreak) or bad experiences with Christians. Again, not all but I've had relationships with skeptics, agnostics, atheists and in some cases they're got some unresolved pain.
