Honestly, when was the last time you think Dame made a decision about Reasonable Doubt.
I'm guessing its been 20 years since Dame has made a decision in regards to Rocafella Inc and its one asset of value of Reasonable Doubt. I can't imagine Dame made the decision to have Reasonable Doubt exclusively on Tidal when that was a thing that would seem to be a Jay-z decision.
