But everything besides Rocafella records has been mediocre at best.
It's interesting. But ultimately this lack of humility is a glaring flaw. He plays it his way thinking he's projecting strength, but everyone sees the vulnerability clearly.
Could he ever just drop the macho act and show true emotion? If he did - even though he thinks that would ruin him - he would come across as more mature.

The interns/etc that he told to eat a dikk 25 years ago cuz he had Jay/Roc-A-Fella are the ones who are keeping him at the level he is now....
Keeping a positive reputation is critical because that's sometimes the only thing you got in the chamber....
Even in disagreement, someone can respect you if show them human decency...

If the people at his level around him stayed loyal it would have been up up up but he was blindsided and didn’t account for what happened so yes his approach blew up in his face. Loyalty with blinders on might sound good but it can bite you he wasn’t diversified in his approach but someone who is heavy loyal may view diversity as disloyal
