If Dame had a **huge** scheduling conflict, then his legal representation could have appeared in his stead. (Ex: Ludacris and Dwade and etc can't attend every single solitary family court hearing over 18+ years of squabbling with their women.)

Dame entered Rachel's house (invited by Rachel) and assaulted some adult male stranger in front of the kids (unwanted by Rachel). Maybe the strange man was a body guard. Maybe it was the new bf. Regardless, angry dads can't just act out their emotional instability like that without supervised visitation being imposed. Violent ass Harlem-raised DD was gonna get supervised visitation whether he attended the hearing or not.

Maybe he should meditate or medicate away the violent propensities? I do not know.
