Damon and Rachel got divorced and both AGREED on child support and visitation terms.

Damon Dash violated those terms by not paying child support, lying, hiding money, and then taking the children at times and from places he was not supposed to.

(For example popping up at a nail salon they were at and taking them without telling Rachel. Just to show her he could do what he wanted!)


That is a violation. THAT is why he's going through this. He is arrogant, and cannot follow rules. He wanted to do what DAME wanted to do. He wanted to pay child support when dame felt like it.


So he lost his children, and Rachel is wrong? He is the victim!?
