Speaking from a purely entrepreneurial standpoint and understanding where Dame's mindset is (and being anti-employment myself) Dame is nowhere near deserving the amount of clowning he's getting on here.

Dame comes off as a whiney kid sometimes but I agree with most of what he was saying.
It's a tough question: Would you rather live a moderate life and have someone ultimately calling the shots for you, or would you rather be your own boss and struggle?

Real basic. People get upset when they hear someone promoting the idea that it's acceptable to treat someone as a lesser simply because of the color of their skin. I know the history of my people in this country, I won't allow for it. The laws aren't supposed to allow for it. Caucasians aren't even subjected to that type of treatment, they don't ever even have to be concerned about what another white person does.
Back in the day it was acceptable to subdue Black people with chains and whips. As things progressed it became fire hoses & police dogs. Now they can't justify discriminating just for the hell of it, so they hide behind statistics.

My point is just that…thats how people are.
I would argue that a lot of it has to do w/ class and the habits of poor people.

Middle class and better black folks don't want to be around poor black people any more than middle class and better white people do.
Not saying race doesn't play a factor.
You just have to look at it from both sides.

If gays were responsible for 50% of the murders in the country…you don't think people on this board would be discriminating against gay people?
People are just simple like that, and would rather come to the quickest conclusion that makes them feel better about themselves.
