There's a lot wrong with that. And it's not the issue of people having a boss "once" in their life because that's not the problem, it's that people are satisfied having a boss their WHOLE lives.

Its not that black and white….there are a million ways to skin a cat.
Dame tries to make complex issues simple.

and ultimately, everyone has a boss at some point or another, even if you own your own biz. his son works for himself as a DJ, but he gets hired for gigs, and when you get hired to work for pay, then you got a boss for the duration of that gig. dame wasnt telling def jam when they were releasing albums back in the day was he?
