No Dame is right this time and Dallas Penn kept combat grounded without him he does shyt like this. When I saw that PIC last week I was not happy or looking forward to this interview. Combat tried to pawn Dame after he went on his show as a friend for ratings. Bad move just cost him a friend and that PIC is in very bad taste. This the type of shyt Vlad does not Combat jack I hoped.
What did he do though?

He let two people come up there, one aired out people without Combat pressing him on anything at all, then he let the people come on his show..
Introduce themselves and respond, the response was short he didn't have much to say about it and they went on to talk about connected things such as taking responsibility which he squeezed him on a bit. He asked him to expand on several things regarding Dame's comments and he didn't get them, questioned them and said that he didn't agree.

I don't understand cats on the coli, is Combat forced to co-sign dame and work as Dame's lawyer in order to keep it real?

Dame is playing on a lot of cats feelings cause he knows this always works, "work against the machine", no matter what motive you have or if you operate in the same way. As long as you work against the successful, you will gain supporters.Just like he tried to fool kids that Funk Flex was protecting IE cause he had a job to worry about, that the culture vultures had caught him while he probably knew that Flex was his mentor.

Because Dame requested to do the interview with Combat out of mutual respect as he stated last week for his independence. He could have went to a much bigger platform.

Dame didn't get pressed on the Curren$y or not giving Beans his money. But he wants Combat Jack to Kenneth Starr Joey? Yeah, ok. The reality is both Dame and this Joey dude are clowns.

Where is Dame going to get 1 hour to talk random shyt about people who are generally people who rappers and other people fukk with. Without getting the "We have Dame Dash with us, ladies and gentlemen good night" after 10 minutes.

My questions that are unanswered from Dame are:

* Didn't Dame do the exact things as the people he's accusing in regards to
- The full Beanie Sigel story
- The contracts he was giving out,
- Making money of several beefs between black men from NY
- Even producing albums that were promoted by him sending cats to diss his former partner.

* How the fashion business is better than the entertainment industry, specially with all the fukked up shyt we hear about the fashion industry.
* Why Dame waited until he was left in the bushes to diss these people publicly?
* Why he's only saying that people that are fukking up the game are people whom he has personal beefs with?
* Specific incidents in which Manda has been a culture vulture and how it's different from what he did?
* Why people with jobs are suckers?
* How he can claim to speak for the people when the people go to work everyday?
* How Dame who went to private school and graduated to a deal with a major label worth 250k makes him more hiphop than certain other individuals?

In that way I think Manda could discuss actual events, it's hard to discuss obscure accusations when all you have to work with is "Dame said that you were corny, a culture vulture, that you have no equity in Def Jam and a snake".

The actual events were discussed the responsibility thing (as if Roc-a-fella was so responsible) and the Currensy event.

If you ask "Dame says that you executive backstab people and don't care about hiphop", the answer is "I do care about hiphop and who have I backstabbed? :what:".

What would you ask? Based on what Dame said.

I just think combat shoulda been more vocal. He could have stood his ground on being neutral. He reminds me of the breakfast club, hot 97, and vlad. Just a non threatening instigator. Either pick a side or just stay out of it.

Did Dame fukk your moms or something? Scream at you in a meeting? Calm down breh. Dame is right and this cowardly move by Combat further proves his point.

How about dame fight his own battles and not expect other grown men to speak for him :stopitslime:

Dame is havin a Midlife crisis/meltdown

Then what the hell was the purpose of Combat speaking to Joey IE if he wasn't going to have him speak on the issues brought up by Dame? He seemed to be cosigning dame to the fullest on the lack of intelligent conversations and questions being asked to music CEOs, then proceeds to do the same bullshyt he was lambasting other DJ's like Flex for doing.

NoCombat Jack needs to stop fronting like he is some independent voice of hiphop.

Episode was kinda anti climactic and was clearly capitalizing on the heat from Dames interview. But I wouldn't expect Combat to be above this, he's trying to flip this and he has a few kids so I'm not mad at him. This is prolly why Dallas bounced too.

Dallas left because he's a lazy b*stard and wanted people to think he was an integral part of the show but 98% of the time he just rambled on with crap & made bad jokes. he's too lazy to have his own podcast

On a more important note, they spoke on Chicago violence and it's relation to music which is a bigger and more important discussion than Dame's bullshyt claims and "business deals".

Dame is a bytch ass nikka.
