So black brain surgeons arent real men because they cant pass the hospital they work at to their kids?
Yeah, it depends what assets and what mentality they are passing of to their kids

I say all the way cause you know a rocket scientist does not apply to what were talkin about. Of course he can't start a business to compete with nasa. There are very few jobs that somebody can get that set them for life. All doctors and lawyers and computer programmers are not millionaires. Everything can be a hustle bruh, it's a mentality. Going to work everyday is a hustle, that shyt ain't easy. When I owned a corner store a few years ago I had people who would bring their kids up to my store, and say they wanna show them that a black man can own a store and not just whites and Arabs. All the way? You speak as if thats a job thats just completely unobtainable.
See when you actually achieve shyt and expand your horizons its nothing to know people who have those type of positions. Thats why when i hear people like Dame spew out their nonsense i just sit back and laugh. He is speaking to the crowd that thinks the only way to live is to hustle. Thats how he grew up and its what he was surrounded with so i cant fault him for his limited perspective growing up, but as an adult you shouldnt go around talking out your ass as if thats the only way to live and be a man. He should have been to enough places and met enough people to know that there are options out there other than being a "hustle boss".

You can do what makes you happy but when you work for somebody else they can get rid of your ass. Certain things you can't say or do. When you work for yourself your life is in the palm of your hand. Why doesnt it apply? All im seeing up in here is that if you dont own something you can pass down to your kids then your "job" aint shyt and you arent a real man.
Of course there are few jobs that will have you set for life and by the same token the vast majority of business owners arent set for life either. You are much more likely to go broke owning a restaurant than you are just finding something you are happy with and showing up for work. The key is do something that makes you happy. Im not talking about being a mulit-millionaire. I live in the south and my household income is around 160K, me and my wife are happy and we dont want for shyt. Is our money coming from busineeses we own? No. But we enjoy our work and have carved out a nice life for ourselves.
Instead of all this "boss" mentality shyt what he needs to stress is find something you enjoy doing and give 100% at it. Thats what makes you a boss, doing what you want to do and getting paid for it.
Why is this nikka selling motor oil?

i think what gets people really mad unconciuosly is that what dame is really doing is dissing people's parents
most parents havent passed than shyt to their kids except to go out there and get a job, people attacking dash just want to validate their bullshyt inheritance and dont want to accept that their parents are full of shyt

You don't know any lawyers, doctors, engineers, nurses, bankers, programmers, pharmacists, etc....... I know a guy that is a rocket scientist for NASA, it would be kinda hard for him to start a business that can compete with NASA.
The Atlanta-based company behind the Super Soaker water gun and Nerf toy guns has been awarded nearly $73 million in royalties from toymaker Hasbro Inc., according to the law firm King & Spalding.
..............................
Johnson, a nuclear engineer, Tuskegee University Ph.D. and former NASA scientist, founded his company in 1989. It was the same year he first licensed the Super Soaker, which generated more than $200 million in retail sales two years later, the company said. The toy was licensed to Larami Corp., which was later purchased by Hasbro.
