Finishing at the rim much better, better floor general, drawing fouls like a real nikka, rebounding the ball & has actually improved his defense to a somewhat respectable level. Gone up from fringe all star to a flat-out Superstar based on these early games.

While Kyrie is still the same player despite the Team USA boost, LeBron taking a backseat & the preseason MVP talks. Dude got his ass cooked by Schroeder last night.


I might actually take him over Russ if he's actually infact made the leap this season and isn't just on a hot streak.

I don't think one is really that much better than the other, and they're actually pretty different players. I think Lillard would be getting the exact same acclaim Kyrie is getting if he played with LeBron instead of Irving.
