I liked Stephen's last album. It was destined to be kinda disjointed though due to it pretty much being a compilation. The experiment worked well with artists like dead prez, Busta, Rakim, Kardinal, etc. Didn't work as well with Pitbull and Iggy. I could live without those tracks.

I didn't like the approach for that album. Alot of those features have no business on a Marley album, and even respectable names like Busta and Rakim did not deliver imo. Big disappointment to me as I had been waiting years for it. Damian usually lives up to expectations tho, dude has such a powerful voice and knows how to use it.

Lemongrass, cherries, alkaline water
Slave Mill is paramount to what Patience was for DR, incredible song. Time Travel, Living it Up (the play on the fresh prince theme song on the 2nd verse had me :russ:), Looks are Deceiving, Caution, So a Child May Follow, Speak Life were my favorites.

Nail Pon Cross was released so long ago I didn't even want to listen to it again. Medication was cool but I wasn't really feeling the other Stephen features, usually they are money. All in all it was what I want to hear from a Damian Marley album..positive, uplifting music
