Not a great song especially out of the context of the album but it's one of glue joints that add to the atmosphere of the album and I won't front like the concept itself wasn't fascinating...ain't no "murder was the case" but I was still glued to it and this album for a hot fukking minute.

With that said, I kinda feel where he's coming from. I used to LOVE this track, but looking back, it's still dope. But nowhere near as dope as I remember. There are much better tracks on the album. I think we were just caught up in the whole "Dude's talking to the devil!" concept.

Exactly what I was talking about. This song in particular isn't gonna hit you like it hit then, it just can't...a lot of the album is like that too but that shouldn't be reason to downplay it's initial impact. X's first two joints shook shyt up.
