It really depends on what DSP you’re working for. You could literally show up and don’t have any route and get sent home.

And the AI monitoring they do now is

You gotta piss in water bottles and shyt. It’s one of those jobs that you can always fall back on, but it’s not worth it. Amazon has designed that shyt do make you quit, but also pay enough to where they will always get people to apply.

That’s how Amazon runs their entire company, even corporate. They want fresh people to apply, work them to the bone, then get more fresh and eager people through the door. They feel like if you work anywhere for too long you get complacent.

Man, I used to work for ups as a loader and them MFs would only give you 4 hrs a day but in that 4hr shift I would scan and load 1200 boxes into a trailer that been baking in the hot sun all day. F THAT shyt

I've seen a few of these types of exposure vids about the slave working conditions. I ordered and received some good products in the last year but they screwed up my last order. They kept moving the promised Prime delivery day then told me the pkg was lost after about a week of waiting. I talked to customer service online and they promised to resend the product. Same phuckery, non delivery because of a broken box and sent back to their business associate. Mind you I got a text that the truck was 10 stops away and it never showed up. I waited until 10pm that evening. Flipping dishonest liars. My account still hasn't been credited for the $35 bucks two weeks later. I may have to put in a claim with the issuing credit card company, Chase Bank.
Just last week workers walked out of their corporate HQ in Seattle in protest. Morale must be low company wide. I'm also contemplating not renewing my Prime membership coming up in a few months. I don't need the stress and dishonesty.

Amazon Flex is horrible. Obviously there's tons of wear and tear on your own car, but it's also ridiculously easy to get deactivated for things that are entirely out of your control.

It's fine as a side hustle where you don't have much long term investment in it, but as a full-time job
