Does anyone else just enjoy being solitary? While I have had romantic relationships in the past, I feel perfectly fine and content being alone. I do not feel a drive to seek out romantic companionship; I will take it if it happens, but I don't look for it. I can only take being around other people for certain amounts of time. I prize my time alone and I like doing things (wandering the city, going to the library, movies, and bookshops, etc) by myself.

very true. im anti social but my job makes me have to be super social.
sometimes when im in work mode and have to put in lots of hours, i love being single.
but on the down time like you say, it can be lonely.
but at the same time im happy i dont have to cater to anyone like when im at work
and thennnnn at the same time i'm afraid to get into a relationship where he would want to be around me a lot.
i dont want that. i like having my own space and freedom and at the same time i would be loyal.
idk. i would wanna be a house wife but if the house is small, it aint happening.

I cant believe i used to be like this....ever since i ditched my glasses for contacts the way i am and people are around me has changed.
I notice women checking me out more. Feeling more confident and manly.
Ive been going out more and feeling social.
Was out dancing my ass off like Carlton off them pep pills at the school dance
I am really at the point where as much as i like being alone i like to be out and about with people or at some bangin event.

I just came back from the bar...im a little fukked up lol.
The point is being a shut in and a recluse is never a good thing. Go out there and enjoy life. Most people arent that bad. I just take life one step at a time with a good sense of humor and a smile on my face now.
I used to be all depressed and wallow in misery and blame everybody and everything except myself for my problems and want to be alone and felt like the world was against me but life is actually fukking awesome for me at this point in time so im enjoying everything it has to offer.

I hate being alone...I tried as much as I could to do it but it drove me to clear insanity. Maybe it's because I'm in my head too much but yeah...I can't stand people at times but loneliness can kill you. you gotta vibe off of someone man.
